The initial treatment usually takes between 2 and 4 days to complete. The dentist performs surgery on the first day, and a set of provisional prosthesis (temporary teeth) are inserted within 24-48 hours. The final healing of implants usually takes 3 months, after which a final prosthesis with a customised titanium bar is constructed as your final implant prosthesis, which is strong, durable and allows you to eat normal food with confidence.

Dr. Ved Berani, a second-generation dentist and the principal dentist at Healthy Smiles, shows great pride in his work, for helping his patients achieve cosmetic and aesthetic results, all this while utilising SLEEP DENTISTRY and SEDATION.
Recently Ved’s dedication to continuing education has driven him to achieve the Fellowship (FIADFE) at the greater New York dental meeting of the International Academy of dentofacial aesthetics and also the Membership (MFGDP) of the faculty of general dental practitioners in the UK.
In addition, he has achieved a master implant clinician certificate from advanced Implant certificate from the GIDE institute in collaboration with Lorna Linda University (Los Angeles) in 2O18.
Dr. Ved made his first mark in the dental world, topping the University of Bombay in the dental exams and being the first student to ach ieve a distinction in the year 1999. He is a mentor to many young dentists and clinical coordinators and provides business training to young dental practices as his passion. In addition, he has achieved a master implant clinician certificate from advanced Implant certificate from the GIDE institute in collaboration with Lorna Linda University (Los Angeles) in 2O18.
Since taking over the 35-year-old practice from Dr Kleine 14+ years ago, he has dedicated his time to delivering nigh-quality state-of-tne-art dentistry in a relaxed and pleasant environment.
He introduced the philosophy “Healthy mouths… Beautiful smiles”, which helps deliver high-quality cosmetic dentistry while still retaining basic principles of prevention and maintaining a healthy foundation of teeth and g urns.
His special interests are sleep dentistry, full face aesthetics, implants, the ALL on 4 Malo concept and porcelain veneers which drive the cosmetic results he achieves for all his patients.
